    Nov 25th removed all condiments like BBQ, Ketchup or anything full of sugar, switch to all low GI carbs brown rice,oats, sweet potatos also switch to only chicken and fish for protein. Fat from nuts and olive oil. I haven't touched a weight or done any form of cardio Oct 30th. Only goal right...
