suck up the amount of air your going to pull out and inject that into the vial, should help create a type of vacuum for you to pull out the liquid

normally yes, that is 400mg of powder suspended in 1mL of fluid, almost 40% or so of that mL is made of hormone. I am not sure if they use ethyl oleoate (spelling?) if it makes it any less painful, but a lot of people are allergic to eo and it causes swelling
