    you got it! its especialy tough on me because i'm only 5'4",but 152 6%. So I try to compensate, but never think that I'm big enough! When people say "you are big for your height", that isn't very comforting either. BTW, congrats on the win.

    shin splints....how do ya get rid of them??

    Dude, my shin splints never go away, I always have some kind of pain. It doesn't help that I wear boots all the time. Wearing proper shoes helps big time. But what's even worse is that sometimes i get the same problem in my forearms and that really sux!!!

    Personally, I think it's crap. If it does work at all, you have to take very high doses of "high quality" ecdysterone. Besides there really isn't any proof that these insect hormones are chemically active in humans.
