That's odd, I did EO/Guac, MCT/GSO and I had the same issue with all at high MG/Ml concentrations (anything over 150). However at low concentrations I never got solidification from super saturation. That's an interesting question if air is the culprit, or room temp.

Its not the air bro. Its the high mg/ml ratio and the carrier oil. Thin carrier oil should not be used with high mg/ml ratios. NPP is a bitch to make over 150mg/ml. Mine crashed the first time too at 200, so I reheated added more oil/BB and it held fine at 150mg/ml.
