    Butts and Gutts

    Spinning is a great cardio workout.  Well, I guess like anything it depends on your instructor.  It's basically riding stationary bikes, very hard core, with lots of interval and endurance training.  Great in the winter weather.  I would recommend it to anyone wanting to spice up their cardio...
