    i dont think i have an issue taking my dosage up.. wanted to be moderate.. but maybe ill give 100mcg a shot for the next week.. see if i see a strong difference the fact that im seeing so much at 50mcg makes me believe MC's igf is some potent legit shit..

    alkaline diets dont directly promote the ph of your blood.. but of your urine.. the main factor that helps in my situation is the preservation of/ increase of muscle mass and its connecting tissue.. - - - Updated - - - so 3 days is not enough... thats good to know.. ill take your advice...

    shoulder is doing great.. its a little sore but i put it through alot last week.. 5 2 hour jiu jitsu sessions plus 3 1 hour judo sessions plus 2 s and c sessions.. my only concern with this igf is that its making me so tight that endurance is becoming a concern... im noticing great strength...
