i used this for my first cycle: prop/fina/winny and loved the results. i would do the fina at 75mg/ed or eod weeks 6-12. i did it eod for my first time with it and it worked well, altho i like ed better
and i will add for heart rate.....for fat burning i believe it is something like HR of 65% of max, and cardio/endurance is like 80%. hope that helps somewhat
thanks. so you think it is worth adding in with my fina/t3/r-ala then for fat loss? i plan on going up to 750mg/day and running it for 2-3 weeks. thanks for any info and how was your experience with it?
