ok so i thought i would put out a quick update... so since i have made this post about 2 weeks ago i have only lost about 2lbs, but i have been working out like crazy and i know alot of it is muscle so i dont really care about the #, but i think i have lost a few inches in my waist already !!!
your gonna have to be blunt w/ them, i wanted my doc to recheck something on my hubby and they said i shouldnt bother, i had to say well he uses steroids to get then to redue it, other wise alot of times they dont know what there looking for or at .
