I'm a big fan of lower abs the whole time, but it would make total sense to apply here on off days so you're not applying the same place more than once per week or per workout of that body part if you're working a muscle group more than once per week. IMO.
Haven't had any sides except for possibly being a little more tired than usual but nothing major. I guess if you consider being hungry all day a side, then I've def experienced that also.

My girl started on IGF today. She's doing 20mg/day to start. Both her and myself got some Molanatan II. I'm sure that will be obvious in my other photo log I have going right now though. Thanks again ladies for the insight!

Weight has evened off after gaining a quick 15lbs. I definitely am still gaining but I think it has just slowed down a bit. Will post new pics tomorrow.
