i have a trainer doing my diet.he competes at a national level and also get others ready for shows through his bussiness. the diet plan he has layed out for me has a grape fruieatin every morning.
he also has me taking a table spoon of apple cyder vinager.(mmmmmm)feels like burning.supposed...
i guess i should specify my goals.
For bulking i was going to use some cyp. last time i used test/ball stack.i just can't handle the back pain the ball gives me when i do squats.what would u guys recomm.stacking with cyp. to jump start things?
