I train after I eat breakfast so it isn't huge:
5 eggs (1 yolk)
1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
1 slice 100% whole grain toast
1 large cup of strong coffee.
I love the taste of coffee and eggs in my throat while I train legs.
