its simple. the emphasis is clearly on conditioning. and to be be conditioned lots of cardio work is involved. and i dont think that has to do with being flat. maybe if your behind and have to do TOO MUCH cardio. but the long grind will def take some size of your legs.
your right bro i dont post there much anymore. that place has gotten out of hand. but i do still browse, thats how i noticed how oddly similar your thread was to the original. i mean you could say its word for word in a sense.
dude are you serious with this thread? the same thread was posted at promuscle from someones experience at a store and you just changed the words around to make it seem your own. thats downright sad. :nope:

if i were you i would switch to 1ml every 5 calender days, i would forget about the arimidex unless you develop signs of gyno, your bloat will be minimal on such a low dose. and 2 shakes and eating healthy doesnt mean anything in the world of bodybuilding. if your gonna play with AAS you really...

isnt the fat in musclemilk from dairy? well that isnt good fat. and pwo is a time when you dont want any fat due to insulin levels. especially fat and sugar.
just wondering why you would act like you have been competing for 10 years paying the fees and are getting screwed. each state has a chair person you can get a hold of to find out dates and venues.;)
