Well im 6 weeks out on sat!! will be doing a show at 2 weeks out! i was 5.83% @ 199.. Looks the the Middles is a thing of the past!lol...................Oh things are looking birghter for Mrs. Dpsquat also!!!!!!! that alone is awesome in itself

if you goal is leaning out suggest more solid meals! odds are you body is only utilizing about 60% of the whey you taking in! the rest doesnt digest well!

im witha the masses on it! its been my understanding that your body will burn fat for fuel when its been depleted overnight! now to a point that was made in the original post about glycgen stores and such thats why i take in BCAA first thing in a.m. prior to cardio and my body will use fat...
