I feel 10x better with my multi. Animal pak is worth every penny - if you have trouble shitting regularly, digesting food occasionally, or just want to feel better a multi should be in there.
What 99% of people don't understand about the iron sports is how much damn research goes into this. I've played 3 sports competitively and one at the college level and there isn't anything close.
Learning your body for size or strength - so much goes into this. Diet takes years. Training style...
I agree from experience here. I used to be huge into the carb backloading camp, but recently I've been frontloading carbs and going keto otherwise and I've never been this lean or felt this good.
