Yeah brown rice bloats me as does bread (horribly), but I do fine with white rice. My favorite is the pre-packaged jumbolia flavored rice (it actually has no artificial ingredients and is super cheap). I've been eating 100g of that with a pound of ground beef post workout recently.
Be careful with coq10 - it can give some people (myself) MAJOR insomnia. I literally slept 2-3 hours a day on that stuff. I couldn't fall asleep and if you are on cycle, the it would be the last thing you would think would cause that problem.
Different compound. M1T is illegal - cybers isn't. Cybers m1t also converts at a low rate to m1t. M1t mg/mg is much stronger. I've taken neither. I have the legal one on hand though.
What is it with strong orals and dehydration? I literally cramp so hard on msten (basically superdrol) and can only handle 10mg when 20-30mg is common.

I didn't quite understand your post, but it seems you are justifying using AAS for injury rehab. In my experience, gear never helps for injury prevention and only allows you to push more weight and get injured.

155 is ok (as in not great - but not bad), unless you feel bad at that level. If you feel bad, I'd take a very mild AI. There is one that is otc called erase that is fantastic. It comes from a plant and works well. 1 cap a day wouldn't bottom you out, but would certainly help.
