I just feel that im not getting anythign out of cardio after 2o min, tue and thur i play football so thats my cardio. i feel pretty good about what time trying to accomplish. I just want to cut a lil fat off the gut so i have all 6 abs...
best quads, the way i do cardio is interval training, ill get on teh bike and set the watts at 100, then i go up every min by 25 watts. IM only on the bike 20 min, and im done

I would say ive put about 4 solid lbs on. My bench has gone up at least 20 lbs. I used to have trouble with 265x1, got 275x3 yesterday...
