i was benching yester day, and my partner forgot to put a 2.5 on when i was benching, and i didnt even notice it. Ohh well i dont think if there off there gonna be that much. that dude should carry around his own weights

Well today i got done doing cardio , come home shake and few peices of candy for the suger.
8egg whites later, and some protein pancake mix, im in heaven, with about 60 grams of protein and 25 grams of carbs yummy
