Several things, I guarantee you used a synthetic oil. MCT, EO, Guac or any of those oils did not do well in my experiments, they don't allow bonding except at high temps but then you degrade the raw and evaporate the BA and BB. So I recommend you use GSO, Apricot and your powder must be fairly...

Yeah filter the first batch again and wet the filter with oil first or just do the first filtration slowly a little at a time. Secondly your sust looks like Test E with Test P mixed in. Sust does not melt like that..I think anyone who has used it will tell you the same.

To be honest raws can degrade faster if not in solution. A mixed preparation can be good up to 5 years, if stored out of direct heat and sunlight. Raws will degrade with climate changes, hot, cold, humidity etc. I have actually seen Test E mold (Florida and southern climates where its humid)...
