If you are gonna end up with 100 ml of gear you will want to use 5ml of BA pure. This would be 5% of your total amount!!! You don't dilute anything. 2% or 3% of your batch will work fine though. It does not have to be 5%.

Why such a small amount of BB???? If I were going to try that (which I haven't) I would try 20% BB and use EO for my oil portion. Then it seems like you'd have the best chance of getting it to hold in solution.
