I believe sometimes they neglect form to really get the pump and hypertrophy of their muscle. Stretch the fascia to really stretch the fibers and build new muscle. Doing that with strict form isn't always easy.

I like the idea... I mean i don't think i'll ever wanna do a bodybuilding show, but I got some swagger and i'm a fun guy so I'm sure If I got in a good shape and portrayed that on stage it would be fun. Just being honest but it only helps bodybuilding.

I had that so bad it was almost 3 times a week! Went and got a food allergy panel done. Sure enough I had some pretty bad food allergies to a lot of common foods. I removed those foods and i'm good as new! Though its a pain to eat so strict, but I feel better!
Nitrogen Retention.
Go eat a big meal with some good protein etc.. and after you eat you'll have a full body pump. Your veins in your forearms/wrist should be popping out much more than they were before your meal.
