I shave in the shower also and lather up with regular hair conditioner, makes for a smoother shave and when I dry off I usually rub down with some gold bond powder or the next day I will look like I have the chicken pox all over me
How do you change your training routine when bulking. I am starting this process and was wondering if I should switch from training every body part twice a week to once a week. Right now everything is sore and I really don't get much of a PUMP feeling anymore it is more or less just pushing...
Yea, but I still feel like the 130lb. kid in high school. I sometimes look in the mirror a say, Damn I wish I felt that big. I keep telling myself if I can get to 250 I want be little anymore......:rolleyes:

The wheels are a working progress but have come a long way. I am training legs 3x a week now because my knees have been giving me so much trouble and I can't go real heavy anymore so I train with about 60%-70% weight and go to failure on everything and it seems to be slowly working.
