Thats crazy! i found one at the mall and put an ad on CL andnobody claimed it so i used it and someone stole it from me at the gym while i was in the shower and left my wallet with $400 cash in it...what the hell is wrong with people?

Most I have waited is on heavy days (which was usually EOD) I had to wait 4 days because my brachialias muscles were so damn sore. Its the muscle that goes under your bi's for those who dont know. I was doing 80 pound preacher curls on the bench, my arms wouldnt even bend straight without pain..lol
At thi point I just wantnto reduce the muscle atrophy and get the tone feeling and look back. i believe once i strengthen my muscles back I can reduce the pain and ge back to semi-normal. This is also from the rehab folks as well.. hear ya press I feel all brokeback..lol

I started up on creatine, and NOX along with two different kinds of protein, I had shots in my back too helping some but still very stiff and painkillers dont work for shit! I went last night lifting 20lbs for bi's and almost cried..my weight was at least 3 x's that before.

lol Big, I hurt my back doing heavy squats apparently, I have been out for a while but my legs hurt like hell when i went 2 weeks with no deadweight squats..walked bowlegged for days. stairs became my mortal enemy.

So I have been away for a while. I hurt my back as well as some others and was diagnosed as having herniated disks and pressure on my sciatic.
Im doing much better and getting back to the gym slowly.
I have some muscle atrophy and some sagging muscles.
