    MC Igf review thread

I've pinned front delts many times for this very reason. A little over a year ago I had a nagging pain in my right shoulder when benching 225+ and made my first run with igf and after a few weeks, I was banging out reps at 255 with no shoulder pain. I just aspirate and I'm g2g.

    Thoughts on sodium?

This is great info, I'm already a fan of coconut water (especially with pulp) and I'll start adding dried apricots to my diet.

    Thoughts on sodium?

Excellent, trying to get my diet dialed in for my long awaited bulk and now I can focus my energy/worries on something more constructive so thanks for the replies!

    New growth push

Exactly! Last night I did a superset of db lateral raises and low pulley cable rows and I thought I was gonna throw up and my fitness tracker had my heart rate at over 140 afterward, I'm sure it was higher during. EMW it looks like your strength hasn't gone anywhere but up!

    New growth push

Amen to that! I got a fitness tracker as a holiday present and have been using it since I resumed training. I know they aren't perfectly accurate by any means but according to the data, my heart rate stays in the "fat burning zone" to the "cardio zone" almost the entire time and since my...

    Back to the wagon...

Now that's some solid advice. I'm gonna go pick one up this weekend and see if it makes squatting more comfortable for me.

    Back to the wagon...

Last night I hit legs. Since my surgery was in my lower body, I had to be especially careful and definitely didn't want to push myself weight-wise. bb back squats - 20x3 @ 45, 20 @ 65, 15 @ 95, 15 @ 135, then 10x10 @ 155 (very low weight but squats have never been one of my stronger lifts as...

    Thoughts on sodium?

We all know that one of the issues of eating out is the ridiculous amount of sodium in most restaurant foods. I typically eat out twice a week so the majority of the foods I eat are bought at the grocery store. I buy low sodium tuna packets (140 mg) and low-ish sodium tuna cans (180...

    Back to the wagon...

This was before my surgery. I'm pretty depleted looking now but the sooner I can get back to this point, the sooner I can blast past it.

    Back to the wagon...

Last night was my second time back in the gym and my workout went very similar to the above with the following changes: flat bb bench - I was able to move up to 225 for my working sets incline db bench - I moved up to 70 for working sets overhead press - 45x20, 65x12, 85 x 10, then 3 sets of...

    Back to the wagon...

Okay, I've been out of town since Tuesday with limited computer access and I can't stand typing on my phone so I'm sneaking in an update. On Monday, I had my first day in the gym (upper body only) in nearly 8 weeks. I showed up hidden underneath a hoodie and started very slowly and cautiously...

Roid Rage; The New Reefer Madness

The federal government is in many way a glorified mafia and they're not going to let anyone make a buck on their turf without getting their cut first.

    Back to the wagon...

Sounds like you've all dug your way out of much deeper ditches and next week I start digging. After placing my order on Monday I received my order from MC yesterday - prompt and professionally packaged, as expected (big thanks for the goodies, Presser!) I'll be posting my progress here as the...

    THANK YOU PRESSER AND MC!

Right as always Presser LOL! That's the thing, if you're rich - who cares? just buy everything. If you aren't, whether it comes to supplements or anything else in life remember this: the bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

I'm sorry for your loss, brother. May her memory be forever a blessing.

    THANK YOU PRESSER AND MC!

I'm always skeptical of everything. Perfect example: I've got an on-and-off relationship with creatine, which has tons of studies behind it promoting it's efficacy, but I just don't feel it, so cheap as it is, I could take it or leave it to be honest. In the case of igf1-lr3, I took the...
