These past couple of months I've had to put my lifestyle on hold for surgery, something I know a lot of you have gone through. I was instructed to stop all heavy lifting in the weeks prior to surgery then another six weeks of orders to not lift more than 15 lbs after surgery. It was depressing...
That makes three of us that need to drink more water. My brother wakes up and downs a bottle first thing - I wish I could do that but water just feels so heavy in my stomach in the morning. I've started adding that inexpensive Body Fortress Amino Blast to my water, which actually makes it a...
I'm all for women's rights, but this is more feminazi bullshit to get applause from an audience of angry hens. I just watched a video of a youtuber who was talking about how many times he's been attacked and had himself and his family threatened online, so no, this isn't a woman's cause, it's...
Yates definitely defined the spirit of bodybuilding more so than any genetic freak. In one of his interviews he talks about how got so lean for contest his feet hurt when he walked across the stage because the fat pads on the bottom of his feet were practically gone.

I've had the stinging knot in the belly button area, but really pinching and stretching the skin before injection seemed to resolve that problem for me.
This is what I keep telling my friends who don't know how I stay motivated. Once you get to the point that your muscles are visible and can actually see/feel the pump at the gym, you WILL be back, again and again and again.
This is exactly why I made sure to return to work ASAP after my surgery. I typically have trouble eating enough calories but not being able to train and staying home all day is not a good look for me.
From what I understand, SARMs are suppressive (especially LGD) so you would not want to take that with your PCT. Of course I don't have any experience with them so perhaps someone with more knowledge can chime in...
This is what true strength is all about! It's easy to hit the gym when you're at your best, looking good and pushing heavy weight. We change our entire lives around and sacrifice so much to do what we do and to have a major setback like an injury is heavy blow to take, but to come back from it...
