I know BP = blood pressure.
I guess it just didn't occur to me that I should watch stimulants... wow
Thanks Iron
I'll workout without them and see how that goes. I can definately get a better workout with them though
Fantastic Information! Thanks for that picture and BF% info Buffalo. With your picture in mind, my scale is WAY off telling me that I'm 30% BF. That was a great help in determining I wasted my money on a scale that determines BF% lol.
This is what I take:
Glucosamine Chondroitin - 1,500mg /...
Ephedrine-caffeine stimulates noradrenaline secretion, which then stimulates activity of cyclic AMP. Caffeine inhibits phosphodiesterase, the enzyme that metabolizes cyclic AMP, and thereby enhances noradrenaline. Aspirin enhances noradrenaline activity by inhibiting adenosine, which is...
lol... well that makes me feel great about this PH. If I don't make it to the end of my cycle, tell my wife and kids I love them, but I wanted to build some muscle :sport:

I would love to compete. I just realized how much I like to work out. After seeing changes, it has me feeling incredible...

My diet is in check. As far as cardio, I have done none so far. I plan to add some in my training, I just haven't yet.
I am also guessing on the BF% - I have one meter telling me 21.4% and another telling me 30%...
I gave 28% not because it is the average, but, because I'd rather agree with it...
