I was wondering what the other female members do for a normal routine at the gym...with cardio (how many days/week, how much cardio?) and also lifting routines...what you use, and what you do? Let us know...:)

Hmmmmm....let me see...I wanted to be a few things, I had my phases..I wanted to be a nurse, a teacher, and an animal doctor...Ended up doing something that doesn't even fit into any of those categories..;)

Thanks for letting me know how the depo shot went...Fly...I was considering doing it..and now that I have seen some of the side effects it has, figured I would stick with the pill..Sorry to hear it didn't do that well for you Fly...
