We all know sleep is very important for us to build muscle and sculpt our physiques. So I am wondering on average how much sleep you get a night.......
During the week I usually get around 7 hours sleep.
During the weekend it is usually different depending on what I have going on that...
I use a hydroxycut knockoff (with ephedrine), that the crazy chinese guy sells "under the counter" at his health food store....
Works pretty good....... and ephedrine is hard to find in Canada......
I'm not a famale but I really do feel for ya..... I totally understand what your saying since I train seriously and hate to be interrupted....... The fact that anyone bothers you while your wearing headphones, gives you the right to be a bitch... If I were you I would tell them where to go...
*As you can tell I am thinking about my upcoming diet a lot lately.....
This is one of the things I have been thinking about..... It is high protein and ver effective..... So do you think it is a great diet for bodybuilders????
I am going to be putting together my detailed diet soon and I need some suggestions of foods I can eat, so that I can try to mix it up a bit.

Don't let it get to ya.... It can really mess with your head..... The first time I did cut, it messed with me so bad, that I ended up messing up my cutter..... Just stick with it until the end, and you will be happy with the results.
