Sent you a reply on the pm. Most of us use TNE as a pre work out taken approx 1 hour prior to training. I have never used TNE only on a cycle as I think the half life is too short. I personally notice incrase in libido shortly after training but im an old man and that could just be me.
Man I have always loved Muscle Milk just did not want to admit it. It bails me out when im not in the mood for anything else and need some protein with good flavor.

I do everything backwards but I like to work my weak parts at the beginning of the week. This changes about every 4 months or so. I also get bored very easy with routeins after training for 30 years. Did I mention that after all these years I also hate dieting?
The older I get the more I like my protein to come from food. I try to get as much as I can from meals then I supplement the rest with powder. I go between Dymatize and Muscle Pharm Combat powder. The combat powder is taken right before bed time because it has Casine in it plus it tastes great.
I have to go with Deca because I have bad joints and the Deca works well for me. Put on mass and keep the joints happy as well. Good luck with what ever route you choose.
Been crusing for 8 weeks on 200 mg of Test E. Next cycle planned is as follows.
Week 1-4 50 mg Drol Ed
week 1-12 500 mg. Test E or C and 750 mg of Deca a week.
