Test E for me right now (cuz I have a shit load of it) because it has a tick more test in it that test c. Dont get me wrong, I love test c and thats all I ever used until recently.
Mike was a monster and trained like one to. Every now and then I look up some of the old timers (late 70's early 80's) just to see where they are or what theey are doing if they are still with us. Pumping Iron is still one of my favorite movies.
I agree with presser. I got sick this winter while on cycle and it damn near killed me. I finally said fuck it and went back to training and eventually I got better.
At my age (54) over training can be an issue if im not careful. I do everything I can to recoup between sessions but some times it just dosent seem like im recouping as fast as I used to haha. Getting older has made me think harder and smarter when it comes to my training. I wish I could train...
From my experience with Tren, I only get the cough when I nicked a vein during injection but after finding the sweet spot to inject I was good to go. Now shortness of breath was another thing. Sometimes Tren made me winded just getting out of bed. You have weigh the good with the bad I guess...
I did alot of reading on back work outs and finally I decided that every week I would just mix it up hitting all of the various muscle groups. I hardly do the same back work out ever. My back was like a sheet of paper now I can see some much needed imporvement.
Area prep is very important. I use a combination of bleach and alcohol and usually clean through out the process. I use my oven to heat everything prior to during and after the process. For filtering I use the Milipor vaccume pump with a hand held brake bleeder.
