Hey Presser your not alone. I also drink a good mix during my training and im convinced that it is the way to go. I also include glutamine powder in my drink for recovery purposes.
My elbows have been shot for years. I have done everything under the sun and I still get elbow pain especially post work out. I just said fuck it and prior to training I take OTC pain relievers and hit it. Im 54 so im going to do what ever I can to get through a work out with minimal damage.
I had horrible insomnia while on tren. The prami before bed actually did help me sleep but for only a few hours then I was wide awake again. The insomnia did subside after a while (or perhaps I was just really tired haha) but the night sweats were bad. I would ride it out for a while and see...
