I did not realize that milk could spike insulin levels. Lately I have been experiencing some tingling in my feet. Im hoping that it is not the beginning of diabetic foot pain. If the two are even related that is.
Does anybody else drink alot of milk these days. I love milk and go through a gallon EOD. I have scaled back to 1% milk and it did take some getting used to. I know it is high in carbs and perhaps thats why I drink so much. Just curious and would like to hear other opinions. Thanks..

Im running EQ but with Test e also. Sleep is also an issue along with appetite. I just recently started to get night sweats just like when I use Tren. I do have more energy though.
I have to train 5 days in a row due to home life (weekends off for family) and on Friday im about out of gas. I have even skipped leg day just to get that extra day of rest and I still can feel dead tired.
