already posted above, but that's cool
at this show i was 212 at 5'11 between 5- 6 %
placed 2nd out of 8. was not as lean as usual and judges saw that. also the guy who won deserved it.
by being left handed you are always using those muscles in the left arm , therefore the rest and recuperation time is less. maybe it's just the pic or the difference in peaks. but they both look great, i'm just picky thats all. what show did you want to do ? your well on your way to getting...
you have improved a lot since the beginning of this thread. your waist and excess has slowly come off and your chest has improved a lot. your back is your strong point obviously. you need to look closely at your left side. it seems to be the weaker of the two. concentrate more on that side. keep...
you might want to try 14 - 16 weeks. 20 weeks is too long for someone to stay on a strict diet. you will probably turn out stringy. or loose more muscle than you expected. 20 weeks is also hard to stay dedicated to. i think you should be able to do it in 14 - 16. remember thats 4 months!!!
in easy terms....catabolism is actually your body feeding off your muscles. this is the main thing that bb try to stop form happening. it is very important to intake carbs and protein within the first hour after a workout. especially carbs. your body has just gone through a hard workout, and is...
it gives you good vascularity. but in most cases it makes you very red and itchy. niacin will give you the same results. a glass of red wine before you step on stage will bring out the viens nicely.
yeah 12 - 16 weeks depending on how much you need to lose. i find 16 weeks is a good time frame for most women. but 12 is usually sufficient for males.
is 8 weeks enough ? some people can get away with it. you know your own body better than anyone else. i would at least start cleaning you diet up between the 9th and 10th week.
there is one called final touch which is amazing. its not a spray but a cream, and it has a finishing cream that you put on as a last coat that has a shine in it, meaning no oil. have used it for my last three shows. the stuff works better than anything i've tried.
i used to train with a women who was a pro bb. she used to have to shave her chest. but as they say it's all part of the game. ya gotta do what ya gotta do if you want to win. the stroies of what some guy pro bb do to survive, would probably make you sick.
