I should add that this was my buddy's first time and he was pretty happy with the results, he suggested I try this for my first time. Just want some outside opinions on it, thanks
Damn, Im not a power lifter, I guess I gotta get my sets higher, and is it ok if I only get 2 or 3 reps on the last two sets?, considering there is 5 total.
Its worth a watch, They really played the kai and phil rivalry with kai coming from nothing and phil being over entitled. Bias heavy movie, but was nice to see who is relevant on the scene right now.
Ive seen my self starting to plateau, especially on bench press. So I have started doing four sets instead of 3. I try for 10 reps on the first two sets and the last two sets I go to fail. Will this help get my bench up?
