    mixing HGH and dosing it

    I need help with how to mix hgh and how to dose it got a kit of 10X10 vials. Do I need bac water or sterile water and how much should I mix in with this? My goal is fat loss and building lean muscle mass and I’m 50 years old. Would 2iu’s a day work good and how long do I need to go?
