Actually, my post is asking for that info from the members of this board. I'm looking for opinions of what you feel is a good bulking cycle for a Masters Men's Physique competitor. I don't need to put on the kind of size a body builder would have. I need 10 more quality lbs by June next year...
All I have done in the past is taken 300 mg test cyp during off season. My off season caloric intake is around 5000 calories per day currently but those aren't clean calories. When I start this cycle, I plan to be at 4500 calories that are clean.
