Growth hormone definitely is beneficial. However, if you overdose it, you can run into side effects, so you need to be careful how much you run. Don't do more than 4 IUs in my opinion.
Quality is everything when it comes to growth hormone. If you're using high quality you'd be surprised at how little you need. Even one IU a day is very beneficial.
