I'm taking 100mgs of prop and 50mgs of tren ace every other day. I'm 2 weeks in and seeing good results. I have like 2.5 bottles of MC IGF-1. Would it be a good idea to stack them all together? Or should I save the IGF for PCT? The reason I even ask is that tren already sky rockets your IGF-1...

If taken Preworkout, I have me pre workout meal approx 1.5 hours before working out . If I was to take igf 80mcgs I should just take it a half hour before like with my creatine and beta alinine? Doesn't igf make u legarthic if u don't take it with carbs?
There's no real answer to this but in your opinions, is it better to do like 60mcg everday or like 100mcg post workout 4 days a week? If I'm only doing it post workout and I workout 4 days a week (2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off) can I stay on longer ?
so i did some bad math, and was taking 120-160 mcgs of igf 4 days a week post workout....most of the time between 120-140... but sometimes 160... i would take it post workout with about 100grams of a split between dextrose and maltodextrin...i didnt experience any sides just really tired...

Ok I'll try that, my plan will be this. Keep with the high protein and carbs for now while on MC igf-1..if it's over kill no big deal I can easily get back on diet with calorie defecit and no cheat meals and lose all the extra fat pounds, I'll try my first ecay stack once I'm done bulking wth...

Yeah rays I'm taking mc igf-1.. I've taking it like 10x before it's awesome . Starting with 30/30 for 1st week then. 40/40.. If I take it Preworkout.. U do u mean win Preworkout meal which is like 1.5 hours before I lift or with Preworkout drink which is like half hour before
After doing research it looks as if it would be much more effective during a calorie defecit diet .. I only got like 5 pounds of fat down there. I'll just switch to a cutting diet for a few weeks.. How long can ecay be effectively run?
