I've been doing 100 mcgs preworkout for about three weeks now. The difference from 60 has been very noticeable.....vascualarity and pumps are getting ridiculous....lovin it.
I lift Monday-Friday and take weekends off. I do one body part a day and do legs on Wednesday to split up the upper body. Sometimes I will hit legs again on Saturday.
I do hammer curls pretty much every arm workout. I do them by bringing the dumbbell across my body up to just under my chin. I like this better than the straight up and down version. It really hits the brachialis and top of forearm.
I've never tried to put it in lats....seems like it would be hard to do. My frickin back gets so damn pumped as it is, I can't imagine putting in lats...
I'm curious to see how this works out for you. I'm thinking of doing 100mcg preworkout for 10 weeks. I've currently been doing around 60-80, so I'm anxious to see what the bump up to 100 will do for me.
