Hack squats are easier on your knees than what? Hacks always killed my knees...stopped doing them long ago because of this. They are a great size builder if they don't hurt you though.

I just started Monday along with cyto...it's a bitch to measure out. I tried putting it into an insulin syringe to measure and almost always put too much in. I guess it will get easier the more I do it, but damn.
I just got my aqua and cyto in the mail today. I will probably start tomorrow, or definitely Monday. I'm also still doing 3 Super DMZ and 60 IGF per day...can't wait to add these two and see what happens!
I usually do them looking down slightly or straight ahead. It feels like more range of motion looking down. I've never understood why some do them rolling. I can't think of any benefit that would be, but whatever.
It definitely works for some women. Some really go out of their way show you attention. Sometimes that's not a good thing though. The hot ones are always welcome...the not-so-hot ones can keep their distance. It also doesn't seem to matter to much to my wife. She acts like it don't matter...

It will most definitely work...at least has for me. I'm on very little to no carbs on some days. If you feel like you need some, eat them. After a while, it won't matter what you eat.
I dont see anything wrong with maybe a little, but definitely no need to overdo it. I guess it beats the smell of ball juice and ass mixed together with b.o.
The DMZ will keep you puffy? I'm on my second run of it, and has definitely not made me puffy at all. I am leaner and more vascular than ever. Now, I am also running IGF with it. Maybe it effects other people differently, but no puffiness here.
