B12 isn't steroids. They are just B12 so you can take them at your leisure whenever you feel like taking them. Then take them 100 mcg or 200 mcg; that is perfectly fine.
You are doing great on this. Excellent job posting up the blood work. @Noah Wixx this is a good way to really gauge where you're at now. It's okay to have a couple things off. Just make sure you monitor it.
KLOW is definitely the GOAT. I think it's very underrated. I think it can really help you heal up but make sure you experiment with spot injecting versus injecting just anywhere.
