Did an arm workout yesterday. Nothing crazy but just a lot of stretching and full contractions. I can feel it this morning but that is the name of the game. If you guys have any questions feel free to ask.

I took my second shot of the week which bumped me up to 500 mg of test this week. Got a good shoulder workout in. Could do any pressing movements simply because of issues with my shoulders plan on adding a pressing movement after chest on Saturday.
