    5mg of LGD isn't doing much for me. What do you recommend?

    I've been on 5 mg of LGD per day for the past six weeks. It's not really doing much for me. I'm 218 lb and I am around 5 ft 9. I'm looking for something that will help give me more recomposition. I'm willing to switch things up, change dosing, anything you think would help me. What do you think?
