hey guys, im new to the board, here i am at 4 weeks out from the npc new englands, i weigh 218, and im 5-10, 26 yrs old. im doing the npc maine open in 2 weeks as a warmup, to get the butterflies out. ive only competed as a teen back in 98, so any advice from vets would be appreciated, thanks
