I have a boatload of powder and want to make an oral liquid. Any idea what I should use? I really don't feel like capping but will if necessary. Had someone tell me magnesium citrate but I'd rather not have to crap every time I dosed.

I know you are supposed to apply to the muscle worked last so here's my question. I live relatively close to my gym and sometimes I jog or ride my bike home after trainning. Should I apply to my legs or the muscle group I trained????
