    Is this productive? I can easily see being too worn out from squats to really put 100% into deads, if doing both on the same day. Is there any particular benefit of doing both on the same day?

    Anyone with negative experiences w/ BOWFLEX 1090 DB's?

    The cheapest you can score a pair is about $525 with shipping. Still, it makes sense to have access to 10-90 lbs., in terms of space and money. Does anyone have any negative experiences with these things? I haven't come across anything negative while searching online.

    Is there any reason why I shouldn't be taking in a lot of milk (2% and skim alike)? With the 2% there's considerable fat content but still a nice little dose of protein (2 cups = 16 grams).
