Wild and crazy training methods seem to come out every other week these days. Whether it’s static-contraction training, superslow mo or one-set-per-week workouts, the get-big fads go in and out of style faster than bell-bottom...
Things are going great. I am on schedule and will be competing next year. Been a little busy though lately. I got engaged to an amazing girl and getting married in June.
I am not sure if I posted this latest pic of me
ok...since I wasn't going to show the legs and am gettng pressure...here is a quick pic of the legs....Can we stop on the "you only take pics from the waist up" comments. I have a standard I want my legs to be and when they are up to my standard I will take more pics. I am coming off a full YEAR...
So my trainer gave me the week off completely "Jeff, I don't want you training at all...Just continue on the cleanse and eat."
Next week I actually start a REAL cycle!!!! I am waiting on it now to find out what it is and what all is in it. 300lbs here I come!!!
I was going to start taking pics of the legs too, but decided to hold off. They are getting there very quickly...as Metal can attest since I sent him a pic since we have been friends a long time. I am getting close to the shape and size I want.
couple shoulder day action pics...sorry not good, but the best I could do. I lost some weight when I had the flu a cou-le weeks ago, but it has almost come all the way back. I am running 268lbs - 270lbs
So the weight gain is still coming...still only on 1cc of test a week and now off the IGF1. NOT HAPPY about having to be off that stuff, but guess I have to be for a couple weeks. Tuesday I meet with an herbalist who takes care of Tony Freeman and many other bodybuilders. My trainer wants me to...
Ok, well...I just sent off my registration for an NPC card again after over 15 years out. Got big big plans next year and working with Raoul Fulcher to get me ready for where I am heading. You heard it here first...look for me next year.
I use oxygen between sets flowing at .8 l a minute. I think this is the proper way to say it, but I find that my recuperation is better and I feel like getting more oxygen in the system is key.
Ok, the legs aren't back where they need to be because I have had this hamstring and groin pull forever it seems. The legs are starting to get close though and I think another 6-8 months and they will be back or close to where they used to be.
Weight today is between 265-268lbs
Ok, so I think I learned a valuable lesson today! My upper chest sits like a shelf up there. If you look at my contest photo you can see how it divides my chest pretty nicely...so today I decided to put 100mcg of MC IGF "on" the smaller bands in my upper chest...NOT A GOOD IDEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I...
I have this raging discussion going on my FB wall with a fellow competitor as to whether this is real or not...supposed to be Flex Lewis favorite exercise ffor hamstrings...tell me what you think? Is it real or not? My friend is convinced it is just a joke...the equivelant of telling some kid to...
I gotta say that I love my relaxing on the weekends, but by Sunday night I am ready to destroy the gym on Monday!!! My energy level is through the roof and watch out...ready to tear it out of da frame!!!
Monday - Chest, calves and now starting my ab routine
I have to re-qualify for the...
Been on the mc IGF for a couple weeks. When I started I was fluctuating between 260-265lbs. Now this morning I weighed in at 269lbs before my first meal. Thinking of taking the weight into the 280-285 range and see how I feel again. I am 5'9...
