    Anti-P shelf life?

    Does Anti-P have a shelf life? any storage tips to make it last longer? Think my anti-p that I got a year or so ago has lost some potency. thanks guys.

    Do I need to taper off of Anti-p or can I stop cold turkey? I have been taking it for my progesterone induced Gyno and it has helped tremendously. Thanks guys.
