Should I run hcg during cycle and how?
Will be taking nolva with the anadrol and run l-dex at .50mg...
Started taking nolva at 10mg/ed when nips got sore. Cut out test for a contest for two weeks, but increased nolva to 30mg. Now back on test and wonder if running nolva at 20mg/ed with .5mg of l-dex is going to hurt my results.
After a few days of normal eating and some shitty got some serious retention. Anyone else feeling extremely large? Any tips to help loose some of this water?

I have a bottle of upjohn test cyp that has been laying around and now has crystals in the bottom of it. If I heat up the bottle will they dissipate? Anyone else had this happen?
the week of and week before a contest can you still run things like winstrol and test susp? I know this is an individual thing, but dont seem to hold much water. Will also be using halo to harden up last two weeks

Want to get in 500mg/wk of test prop. Is is correct to do 1.25ml eod or would it be 1.5 eod. Its early and I'm thinking way too much. Oh yeah the prop is 100mg/ml.
