Shug, Mad Dog and my local gym is having a 1 rep squat/bench/dead lift comp sometime near the end of October. If anyone thinks they may be interested in trying, shoot me a PM and I will get you more info as I get it. This would be a good way for us on the board to get together.

I have to get this off of my chest. This is so stupid. The Hurricane is nowhere close to getting here, although last night the town I live in cancled school. Now at 9:03 a.m we are getting a light rain, but not worth closing down the schools. I mean Hell, we are 3- 31/2 hrs away from the coast...
