    im on    test 500 1-10    deca 300 1-10    d-bol 40 mgs 4-8  just started wk 4 and gained 7 pnds so far supps are protien shakes,glutamine,creatine,multi,b-5,xenadrine for energy..... training hard eating 6 meals ...my strenth went through the roof this wk ...are gains normal or kind of slow?
